Mon 6-11-12: Full Body Daily Workout
Today I did 1 set of a bunch of exercises split throughout the day. A few here and there, a few the next hour, a few more a couple hours later. Heavy enough to get about 5 good reps.
DB clean, DB front squat, Pullup, bench press, suitcase deadlift, standing press, single arm negative Pullup, and a few others, whatever I felt like doing.
